Unfortunately, this page is soooooo old, that Macromedia no longer really exists as of roughly Dec, 2005. Yes, it was taken over by Adobe and lived on to a certain degree, but I don't really feel like explaining that story. I'd get it wrong as I don't really know that well anyways.

That said, some do actually work; at least on my computer last I checked in Jan 2012.
